(A) No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of collecting, hauling and/or disposing of any rubbish, refuse, trash or garbage within the city unless they shall first obtain a license from the Director of Public Service for each vehicle used. The fee for such license shall be:
Straight Truck $300
Packer Truck $300
Roll-Off Truck $300
(B) All licenses shall expire on December 31 of the year for which issued with no proration. This license is not transferable between trucks.
