§ 112.10 MOBILE FOOD VENDING LICENSES REQUIRED; DISPLAY AND OTHER REQUIRED LICENSES AND PERMITS; RIGHT TO INSPECT.
   (A)   No person, group or entity shall engage in the mobile preparation or mobile sale of raw, cooked or processed edible substances, ice, beverages or ingredients intended for human consumption in the city without first receiving an approved Solicitor License from the Director of Public Safety or his/her designee.
   (B)   Any person, group or entity receiving a Solicitor License for mobile food preparation and sale shall clearly display the city issued Solicitor License on the motor vehicle, trailer, pushcart, conveyance, or any nonpermanent structure or place of business used in the mobile food vending operation.
   (C)   Any person, group or entity engaged in the mobile preparation or mobile sale of food for human consumption must provide and display proof of compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, including but not limited to Medina County Health Department or other health department licenses and any required state licenses regarding the purity of foods, safe food handling, sanitation and the cleanliness of operations or any business or taxation registrations, licenses or permits.
   (D)   Any person, group or entity engaged in the mobile preparation or sale of food for human consumption shall provide and display proof of compliance with all state and local fire code laws, rules and regulations. All mobile food vendors shall be subject to inspection by the Wadsworth Fire Department while engaged in food vending operations.
