§ 112.09 DISPLAY OF LICENSE REQUIRED; NONTRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   Every holder of a solicitor license, when engaged in soliciting orders for or selling goods, wares, merchandise or services upon any lot or land, shall openly and conspicuously display his/her solicitor license.
   (B)   Upon the request of any police officer, city official, or an owner or occupant of any residence, city lot or land, every holder of a solicitor license shall exhibit for examination his credentials issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Upon the request of any police officer, city official, or owner or occupant of any city lot or land, all non-commercial solicitor's or individuals acting on behalf of any religious, political or charitable organization shall provide a statement attesting to his/her organization affiliation and purpose for any non-commercial solicitation with the city.
   (D)   Solicitor licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter are nontransferable and shall not be used by any person, group or entity other than those identified on the license or registration certificate.
