(A) No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in § 112.01 or engage in mobile vending anywhere within the city limits without first receiving an approved city solicitors license to do so.
(B) A city solicitor's license is not required for non-commercial solicitation or solicitor's activity identified in § 112.01.
