§ 111.13 CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION.
   The Safety Director, upon consideration of the application and the reports and certificates required to be attached thereto, shall approve or reject the application. If the application is rejected, the applicant may request a personal appearance before the Safety Director to offer evidence why the application should be reconsidered.
