§ 97.52 NUMBERING PLAN.
   The numbering shall be on the following plan and these streets shall be the base line from which all numbering shall begin: College Street shall number from the square west; High Street shall number from the square north; Broad Street shall number from the square east, and Main Street shall number from the square south.
