§ 97.30 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   All sidewalks, curbs and gutters shall be constructed, rebuilt or repaired under the supervision of the City Engineer and in accordance with the plans and specifications, and materials prescribed and on file in the office of the City Engineer.
