§ 97.16 NOTICE TO ABUTTING OCCUPANTS REQUIRED.
   Subsequent to the issuance of a permit and prior to the commencement of any work thereunder, the permittee shall be obligated to notify the occupants of all premises adjacent to or abutting the proposed work site. Failure to do so shall be cause for revocation of the permit.
