§ 94.08 DOGS IN PARK.
   (A)   No person shall have a dog in a city park unless the dog is restrained by a leash that is not more than eight feet in length and held by the person having the dog in the park or the dog is inside the fence of the Wadsworth Community Dog Park.
   (B)   Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
