§ 94.03 INTOXICATING BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall possess any intoxicating liquor or beer in any public park or upon any public grounds unless served at a public event specifically authorized by the Director of Public Service, and the service of intoxicating liquor or beer is within the restrictions set forth in a liquor license issued by the State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control for said event. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
