§ 94.01 HOURS CITY PARKS CLOSED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   All parks of the city shall close one hour after sunset and shall open one hour before sunrise. No person shall enter or remain in any city park during the time the parks are closed.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, provided that if the offender has been convicted of the same offense within one year or fails to leave and remain off the grounds of a park after having been notified to leave by a law enforcement officer, a violation of this section shall then be a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (C)   Any person or group of persons may make application to the Director of Public Service for permission to remain in a city park during the hours they are closed for the use of such park in an orderly manner and the Director may, for good cause shown, grant permission to such person or persons to remain in a city park during the time they are closed to a specified time.
