No person shall, at any time, smoke any tobacco, tobacco related product, filler or other plant or weed in the new Wadsworth Municipal Center (constructed in 1994-1995) after said building is occupied by municipal offices. A violation of this provision shall constitute a minor misdemeanor and any city employee violating this section shall also be subject to appropriate discipline, including a reprimand, suspension or other disciplinary action.
