(A) All required testing of fire protection systems in accordance with the Ohio Fire Code shall be witnessed by the Fire Chief or a certified fire safety inspector. The initial inspection and the follow-up reinspection (if necessary) for the same fire protection system shall be performed at no charge. The following schedule shall apply to subsequent inspection of the same fire protection system.
3rd inspection $ 50.00
4th inspection $350.00
5th inspection $500.00
Each inspection thereafter $500.00
(B) The fire protection system inspection fee shall be paid prior to the start of the inspection by the entity requesting the inspection.
