Parking on city owned or leased parking lots shall be regulated by signs posted thereon by the Director of Public Service with the approval of Council. Parking areas adjacent to the city hall may be posted as limited to visitors of city hall and exclusive parking areas may be assigned to police and other city-owned vehicles and to public officials and employees.
