§ 72.71 SKATING, SLIDING AND COASTING.
   (A)   No person shall skate or slide or coast on any sled or other vehicle upon any sidewalk, street or alley.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense; for a second or subsequent offense within one year of the first offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each such offense.
