There shall be an Electric Power Supply Advisory Commission to advise the Director of Public Service, Mayor and City Council on all matters related to power supply services and to make recommendations for power supply activities. This commission shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor. Commission members should include commercial, industrial, institutional and residential electric customers of the city. Initial appointments shall be for terms to expire on December 31 of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Subsequent terms shall each be for five years. The Commission shall meet quarterly or as needed and shall report to the Mayor each year by January 31 about activities for power supply services during the preceding year and about recommendations for future activities.
