§ 52.03 ACCESS TO PREMISES.
   Any identified representative of the Electric Utility shall at all reasonable hours have full access to and from the premises of the electric consumer for the purpose of inspecting the consumer's installation and electric equipment and for the purpose of reading, repairing, testing or removing the Electric Utility's meter or its other property.
