§ 51.25 CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE.
   Whoever uses the solid waste transfer station does so at his own peril. The city shall in no way be responsible for damage to person or property of individuals using or entering the solid waste transfer station or any ingress or egress road thereto.
