The solid waste transfer station, during open hours, shall be available for use only to residents of the city and Wadsworth Township and for garbage and refuse collected therein. Each user, upon request of the Director of Public Service, or his authorized agent, shall furnish within ten days thereafter a written list of all customers with addresses thereto from which garbage or refuse is being collected and placed in the solid waste transfer station. The Director may suspend use of the solid waste transfer station for any user who fails to disclose collection points, or who fails to abide by the rules established for the Solid Waste Transfer Station.
