§ 51.21 HOURS OF OPERATION; TRESPASSING.
   The solid waste transfer station shall be open for use during hours established by the Director of Public Service with the approval of Council. Persons using the solid waste transfer station when closed shall be considered trespassers and may be charged at law accordingly.
