§ 51.06 REGULATIONS FOR OTHER SPECIFIC TYPES OF RUBBISH.
   Hedge and tree trimmings shall be securely tied in bundles not to exceed two feet in diameter and five feet in length, papers and magazines shall be securely tied in bundles.
