§ 50.05 NONPAYMENT OF UTILITY CHARGES; DELINQUENT STATUS.
   If the invoice for service is not paid in full by the close of business of the due date specified on the customer's bill it will be classified as delinquent. The exception will be when the due date falls on a holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday. It would not be considered delinquent until close of the following business day. BUSINESS DAY shall be defined as any day the city offices are open for business. The customer's bill shall continue to be stamped with a delinquent notation until such time as customer's account shall be paid in full and made current.
