(A) All bills for service applied shall be due when rendered and are payable to Wadsworth Utilities on or before the next due date specified on the customer's bill.
(B) Any invoice remaining unpaid after the due date specified on the customer’s bill shall be subject to a 10% additional charge. An invoice shall be exempt from the 10% additional charge for late payment if the customer has made timely payment of all invoices for past three years and requests the exemption no later than 60 days after the due date.
(C) The city reserves the right to determine the method of payment and to establish any necessary rules and regulations governing the manner, method and timing of payment of fees and charges for utility services rendered.
