The Director of Public Service shall maintain a list of all personal information systems as defined by R.C. § 1347.01 which are maintained by this municipal corporation. Such list shall be compiled after inquiry of all city departments and each department shall be notified by the Director of Public Service to notify him forthwith when a new personal information system is established by any department.
