(A) An employee shall be entitled to receive a meal per diem while conducting city business encompassing one or more nights away from home. The per diem amount shall be $45 per day. Travel days, to and from the business location, shall be paid at 75% of the daily per diem rate, or $33.75.
(B) A per diem amount shall not be paid for any travel that begins and ends on the same day.
