§ 35.12 PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS.
   In addition to the payroll deductions authorized by R.C. §§ 9.80, 1751.70 and any other provisions of the Ohio Revised Code or by ordinance, payroll deductions may also be made from the compensation of city employees for the College Savings Program established by R.C. Chapter 3334.
