The following rules shall govern the use of city-owned vehicles by city employees who have custody or control of said vehicles:
(A) Personal use of city vehicles is prohibited.
(B) Employees may stop for lunch and/or breaks during the course of their workday in an assigned city vehicle.
(C) Employees subject to callouts shall be allowed to take their assigned vehicle home with them.
(D) Commuting to and from work is the only allowable use of the vehicle after completion of the workday.
