§ 33.40 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There shall be a Recreation Advisory Commission to advise the Director of Public Service on all matters related to the recreation programs provided by the city including budget recommendations for recreation activities and programs, the supervision and evaluation of city employees involved in the delivery of recreation programs and any other matters related to recreation programs provided by the city.
   (B)   This Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor. The terms of membership shall be five years except that initial members may be appointed for terms of one, two, three, four, and five years so that the term of one member shall expire each year on the anniversary of the creation of the Commission. Vacancies in the Commission occurring otherwise than by expiration of the term, shall be for the unexpired term and shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments. The Commission shall meet at least once monthly.
