§ 33.04 SECRETARY OF RECORDS COMMISSION.
   The Secretary of the Records Commission appointed pursuant to R.C. § 149.39 shall be compensated at the rate of $150.00 per month. The same person may serve and receive compensation both as Clerk of Council and as Secretary of the Records Commission.
