§ 32.15 ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICE DEPARTMENT AND AUXILIARY UNIT.
   (A)   Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 737.05, there is hereby established a Police Department for the city.

   (B)   Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 737.051, there is hereby established an Auxiliary Police Unit within the Police Department of the city.
