§ 32.03 MUTUAL AID FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACTS.
   (A)   In order to provide additional fire protection to the city and its inhabitants and other political subdivisions, the Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized and directed to enter into mutual aid fire protection agreements with political subdivisions and private fire companies as he deems appropriate.
   (B)   It is understood and the agreement shall reflect that a response for aid by the City Fire Department shall depend upon availability of men and equipment, and all parties to such agreement shall gave no liability incurred for the failure to respond to a call for assistance, lack of speed in answering such call, inadequacy of equipment, negligent operation of equipment, failure to extinguish any fire, or any cause whatsoever growing out of the use of such fire equipment and firemen, nor shall the party issuing the call for assistance be liable in any manner or event for damages or loss of equipment or personnel suffered by the party or parties answering such call.
