Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council room in City Hall. Meetings may be moved to another location by the President of Council or upon a majority vote. If the first Tuesday of the month falls on January 1 or July 4, or on the day of an election, or a third Tuesday of June falls on the same day as the Blue Tip Parade, the regular meeting of Council shall not be held on that day, but on the next day at 6:30 p.m.
