§ 71.16 PARKING FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING OR SELLING MERCHANDISE.

It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street for the purpose of selling merchandise thereon or therein, or advertising any merchandise for sale or a forthcoming event.
