§ 71.14 UNATTENDED VEHICLES.
   (A)   Engine running. It is unlawful for any person to leave a motor vehicle unattended while the engine is running.
   (B)   Key in ignition. It is unlawful for any person to leave a motor vehicle unattended with the key in the ignition.
