(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
(B) Any person aggrieved by the provisions of this chapter may have such section, rule, regulation, decision or order reviewed by an appropriate remedy in the district court, subject to the provisions of M.S. § 462.361, as it may be amended from time to time.
