(A) Utilities. Easements of at least ten feet in width centered on rear lot lines shall be provided for utilities. Easement widths and locations for storm sewer, sanitary sewer or water main shall be determined by the City Engineer. Easements shall be kept free of any vegetation which would interfere with the free movement of utilities service vehicles.
(B) Watercourses. When a subdivision is traversed by a watercourse, drainage way, channel or stream, there shall be provided a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way. Easement need and width of easement shall be determined by the City Engineer.
