Any violation for any of the terms of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or jail sentence not to exceed 90 days. Each day a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate offense. The city reserves the right to obtain civil remedies in the form of injunctions if the city deems it appropriate.
