(A) Small wind energy systems that connect to the electric utility shall comply with state utility laws or rules.
(B) Meteorological towers shall be permitted under the same standards, permit requirements, restoration requirements and permit procedures as a small wind energy system.
(C) Any sound emanations or noise produced by the proposed WECS and its impact on neighboring properties shall be considered by the Planning Department or Planning Commission during the review process of the application.
