§ 131.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 131.15 through 131.18 of this chapter is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $200.
