No person shall use, operate or permit the use or operation of machines used by farmers to keep animals and birds out of their fields, commonly known as “squawkers”, “bird scare guns” or “pop guns”:
(A) Before the hours of 7:30 a.m. or after the hour of 6:30 p.m. on any day; or
(B) Within a distance of 500 feet from any residential or commercial building.
