§ 131.02 KILLING BIRDS AND ANIMALS.
   No person shall, with or without a permit, use any shotgun, rifle or other firearm for hunting, shooting or otherwise capturing or killing any animal or bird, except as authorized in § 131.03(C)(3) and (C)(4) of this chapter.
