§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.19 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $100.
