§ 71.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any violation of § 71.01 of this chapter shall be deemed to be a petty misdemeanor.

(C) (1) Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 71.17 through 71.27 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.

(2) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to remove a motor vehicle from a storage facility, as per § 71.26 of this chapter, without paying to the city all towing and storage charges incurred for the vehicle.
