§ 71.19 CARS FOR SALE.

It is unlawful to place any vehicle on a highway to display the same for sale or exchange. A vehicle shall be deemed to be displayed in violation on this section when found standing upon a street or highway and bearing a sign indicating that it is for sale or exchange.
