(A) The term of office of Committee members shall be for three years; and terms shall be arranged so that approximately one-third of the total membership shall expire each year.
(B)
The Committee members shall be appointed by the Township Committee and consist of two or more township residents and two or more township business owners. A Township Committee member and the Economic and Community Development Coordinator shall also be appointed to serve in addition to the appointed Committee members.
(C) The Economic Development Committee shall meet on a schedule devised by its members, but not less than four times each year.
(D) A quorum shall consist of a majority of the whole number of members.
