§ 130.41 PROPERTY TO BE POSTED; WRITTEN PERMISSION TO DISCHARGE FIREARMS.
   Property owners who discharge firearms on their own land or give permission to others to do so shall post their land to indicate the 450-foot limit beyond which such discharge is prohibited; such permission shall be in writing and shall be carried by the person relying on such permission.
