It shall be unlawful for any person to commit the following acts:
(A) No person shall commit an assault and battery upon any Township official acting in the performance of his or her duties while in uniform or exhibiting evidence of his or her authority.
(B) No person shall commit an assault and battery upon any private citizen or person.
(C) No person shall disturb the peace and quiet of the community in any manner while either drunk or sober.
