§ 98.16 PERMITS REQUIRED TO OBSTRUCT, USE FOR PRIVATE PURPOSE OR INSTALL CURBING.
   (A)   No person or persons shall obstruct any street, alley or sidewalk with any encumbrance whatsoever, including any motor vehicle, whether registered or not, without a permit from the Township Clerk.

   (B)   No person shall place or maintain any encroachment, obstruction or encumbrance in, over or upon any street, avenue, highway, road or land of the township; nor shall any person use or attempt to use for any private purpose any part of any street, avenue, highway, road or land; nor shall any person remove or install any curbing unless such person shall have applied for and received the permit herein authorized.
