(A) Any person violating, or failing to comply with, any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or both.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 98.35 through 98.40, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200.
