§ 92.28 DISTURBANCES OF NEIGHBORHOOD BY BARKING, WHINING, HOWLING OR FIGHTING.
   No person owning, keeping or harboring any dog or cat shall allow it to create a noise disturbance across residential real property lines of any neighboring property. For the purpose of this section, a NOISE DISTURBANCE ACROSS RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY LINES OF ANY NEIGHBORING PROPERTY is defined as that created by a dog or cat barking, whining, howling or fighting continuously for five minutes, or intermittently for 15 minutes.
